The calves that are alive to be delivered to Will[i]am Nicarson or his agents, at Yarmouth; and those that are dead, the value of them as they were prized when they were attached, in current pay, and forty shillings damage, for unjust molestation, and the cost of the suit, A review was granted unto the defendant, to be tried at the court in May next" |
