Notes |
- Ages of the first 4 daughters are based on the warning out of Bridgewater. It appears that there were only 4 children in 1759 and I'm assuming they were listed in age order when the warning was recorded. One more daughter was added when the 5 daughters were baptized in Brockton in 1760, so I'm assuming that daughter's birth stimulated this round of baptisms. Next, since the son John was baptized separately a year and a half later, I'll assume he was born just prior to that event. [4]

Notes |
- I would think Hannah would have remarried since John died in 1762. She was still young. I'm looking into the possibility that she was the Widow Hannah Pratt (37572) who married Samuel Noyes in Abington in 1770. I haven't found anything further on Samuel and Hannah. But since 2 of her daughters married in Abington, he is a strong candidate. There is another Widow Hannah Pratt who married (intentions) Ebenezer Campbell on 16 May 1764 in Bridgewater, though I'm not sure about this one. Ebenezer's first wife Rebecca died 4 Sep 1763 at age 69, so, in my estimation, Hannah would have been about 30 in 1764, not as likely to be that Widow marrying someone twice her age. There is also a Nathan Berden & Hannah Pratt marriage in Middleboro 28 Mar 1765 that needs looking into.

This is a guess on my part. I believe she was still young when John died and probably remarried.
