He gave his son Robert one half of the house and house lot of ten acres, one half of the salt marsh and of the fresh meadow and of the shares in the common "provided my Son Robert do carry on my work of husbandry with his work and keep me comfortable during my natural life." Robert is to have the property after Abraham's decease. Daughter Hannah is given one half of the household goods, "be they brass, iron or wood"; the use of the west end of the house; one cow and two sheep. After her death, her half of the house is to be Robert's. Son Abraham is to have one half of the north division land.
