Thomas Williams was a road surveyor in 1649 in Eastham, Barnstable Co., Massachusetts. He signed a will on 10 May 1692. He died in 1696. His estate was probated on 22 Oct 1696. He was married to Elizabeth Tart on 30 Nov 1638 in Plymouth Colony.

i. Sarah Williams died after 16 Oct 1744. She married first John Nickerson and second, John Rogers on 18 Apr 1728 in Harwich, Barnstable Co., Massachusetts.
ii. Hannah Williams.
iii. Mary Williams died before 1708. She was married to Caleb Hopkins.
iv. Mercy Williams was born between 1644 and 1649 in Eastham, Barnstable Co., Massachusetts. She died on 7 Apr 1739 in Chatham, Barnstable Co., Massachusetts. She was married to William Nickerson Jr. about 1670.
