Thomas Mulford was born about 1640. He signed a will on 12 Jan 1706. He died on 8 Jun 1706 in Eastham, Barnstable Co., Massachusetts at age 66. He was married to Hannah Williams before 1665.

Hannah Williams was born about 1646. She died on 10 Feb 1717/18 in Eastham, Barnstable Co., Massachusetts. She was also known as Elizabeth Barns. NEHGS and others have her listed only as Hannah. 

I have found no documentation that identifies her as Hannah Williams definitively. Thomas Williams' children were mostly unrecorded and Hannah is not listed among the known children. The information I have here comes from the LDS web site, familysearch.org. The information on the LDS web site states that Hannah was his later wife, but the other sources give Hannah as the mother of his children.

Children were:

i. Thomas Mulford Jr. was born in 1665. He died on 14 Sep 1747 in Truro, Barnstable Co., Massachusetts.
ii. John Mulford was born in Jul 1670 in Eastham, Barnstable Co., Massachusetts. He died on 21 Apr 1730 in Eastham, Barnstable Co., Massachusetts.
iii. Patience Mulford.
iv. Anne Mulford was born on 23 Mar 1676/77 in Eastham, Barnstable Co., Massachusetts. She died on 11 May 1753.
v. Elizabeth Mulford was born about 1686. She died on 16 Apr 1725 in Truro, Barnstable Co., Massachusetts.
