Francis Smith was born about 1605. He took the oath of freeman on 17 Apr 1637. He died on 20 Mar 1650. He was a town officer. Children were:

iv. Benjamin Smith was born on 10 Oct 1637 in Watertown, Middlesex Co., Massachusetts. He died on 19 Nov 1691.
