He married first Dorothy Badcock on 29 Mar 1672 in Milton, Norfolk Co., Massachusetts.

He married second Abigail Neale on 3 Jul 1694 in 1st Church, Braintree, Norfolk Co., Massachusetts. She was married as Abigail Scott, as this was also her second marriage. She was previously married to Peter Scott (son of Benjamin and Hannah Scott)

Abigail Neale was born on 14 Feb 1656/57 in Braintree, Norfolk Co., Massachusetts. She died on 9 Nov 1717 in Milton, Norfolk Co., Massachusetts. Children were:
